SHIPPING
All orders receive a tracking number. Customers are emailed a tracking number when the order is shipped. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Pearls On A Stray Dawg. All orders are handled by the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost, or stolen by a third party carrier or individual during shipment to your location. The buyer assumes full responsibility when purchasing any item on this webstore. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned.
Unopened orders exchanged for a different size are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to our fulfillment process, we may not cancel orders once they have been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Any information given on this website will never be shared with any outside parties or individuals. Your information is secured, we are only allowed to see our customers shipping address and name. Payments are captured by Shopify Payments.
DAMAGED ITEMS
